Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Disclosure Statement

4. Legal Bases
- Contact form data: KVKK Art. 5/2(c) — being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
- Google Analytics data: KVKK Art. 5/1 — explicit consent
5. Transfer of Personal Data
The collected data is shared only with the following parties:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics): Anonymous visitor statistics. The data is processed under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Apart from these, your personal data is not shared with any third parties.
6. Retention Periods
- Contact form data: 2 years from the date of response
- Google Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default retention period)
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad
- To request rectification if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request erasure or destruction of the data
- To object to a result arising against you due to processing carried out solely through automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your data
