The project activities of YouthGreen 5.0 are structured around five interconnected strategic objectives in three work packages (WPs), designed to deliver tangible, measurable impact in green skills and youth empowerment across Europe.

  5. Awareness & Outreach (Green Awareness Campaign and Green Youth Summit)

The project also has the Quality Assurance and Risk Management Committee (QARMC) that monitors and evaluates project results.

WP1 ensures the project's overall coordination and monitoring of work packages, deliverables, internal and periodic reports, and milestones, including financial and administrative management.

WP1 lead is the National Education Foundation (MEV).

Objectives

  • Ensure effective consortium management and financial oversight.
  • Implement quality assurance and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among partners.
  • Plan for long-term sustainability beyond the funding period.

Deliverables

WP2 co-leads are the National Education Foundation (MEV) and Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (AYBU).

Objectives

  • Develop comprehensive training materials on circular economy and green skills.
  • Create AI-powered digital tools for career exploration.
  • Provide structured career guidance for sustainability professions.
  • Build a database connecting youth with green job opportunities.

  • Task 2.1. Development, Testing, and Implementation of the Green Skills Training Module
  • Task 2.2. Job Transition & Green Jobs Guide
  • Task 2.3. Design and Testing of the AI-powered Green Transition Simulator
  • Task 2.4. Creation and maintenance of the Green Career Database

Deliverables

WP3 lead is Proactive Education, Science and Culture International NGO (PRO-EK).

Objectives

  • Encourage youth-led green entrepreneurship.
  • Enable youth participation in sustainability policy-making.
  • Raise public awareness about green careers and climate action.
  • Create an international platform for knowledge exchange.
